CIVIL ENGINEERING

The civil engineering team at Veritas AEC takes great pride in being able to understand and address the specific needs of every site. The team is experienced in multi-family, commercial, medical, industrial, and corporate developments. We offer a wide range of services including feasibility studies, preparation of plans and specifications, construction administration, water main distribution, storm water systems, and sanitary collection systems.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING

With experience in steel, cast in place concrete, precast concrete, and tilt wall construction, our structural engineering team can accommodate the needs of any client. Veritas AEC will deliver a comprehensive structural design that takes into account the needs of the architect, MEP engineers, and most importantly, the client's budget. The team is experienced in industrial and commercial design, as well as educational, religious, and corporate office buildings.

MEP ENGINEERING

Our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers can assist you with your new construction or adaptive reuse of an existing space. Veritas AEC provides pre-design services, construction documents, load analysis, energy modeling and building commissioning. The team is experienced in commercial, retail, industrial, K-12 and higher education, religious, and medical facilities.

LEED CONSULTING

Veritas AEC is committed to sustainable design for all projects. If a client chooses to take the next step and get the project LEED certified, we are fully capable of providing everything you need to complete this process. We can provide consulting, documentation, energy modeling, and payback analysis needed for all levels of the certification process. 

BUILDING EVALUATION

When buildings are not performing at their peak efficiency, Veritas AEC can help. We can provide our clients an understanding of what the problem is, and offer options to solve the problem.
